Taiyi Electronics, which has always regarded innovative R&D and technological leadership as its competitive advantage, began to develop 7x5mm small size high frequency quartz oscillator. Through three years of cooperation between industry and university, we successfully developed 7x5mm high frequency fundamental wave quartz oscillator (OT Type XO) and high frequency fundamental wave voltage controlled quartz oscillator (VT Type VCXO) in 2003 by combining Photolithography and Inverted Mesa high frequency quartz chip manufacturing technology.
Inverted Mesa Fundamental chip is designed to increase the maximum frequency of quartz fundamental frequency (Fundamental) from 60 MHz in traditional polishing process to 320 MHz. In addition to maintaining good quality, it can also provide Phase Noise & Jitter with low noise. Inverted Mesa photolithography process also makes Inverted Mesa high frequency quartz chip cost significantly reduced, making the product price more competitive.
Since the official mass production in 2004, the superior performance of the 7x5mm high frequency fundamental wave quartz oscillator (OT Type XO) has not only won the prize of the Ministry of Economy in 2006, but also won the recognition of domestic and foreign telecommunications factories, and sales figures have continued to grow. Yujie has developed mature technology in the field of high-frequency quartz oscillator. In the future, we plan to continue to develop high-frequency quartz oscillator with high quality, high precision, high stability and miniaturization based on Inverted Mesa chip manufacturing technology, in order to meet the market demand of high-speed transmission equipment, fixed-line base station, wireless communication base station and other network equipment.
